Policies

Know the Rules

1
Your membership includes a set number of sessions per month. It's your responsibility to use them.
2
Going out of town? Front-load your month — book more sessions before you leave.
3
If you go on vacation and can't use your sessions, you can carry them into the following billing cycle.
4
Your month starts on the date you purchased your membership. You have one month from that date to use your sessions.
5
No rollovers unless agreed upon by a coach — and only for special circumstances.
6
You can book up to 2 hours before your session.
7
You can cancel up to 8 hours before your session.
8
If you cancel and need to reschedule, cancel on the app first — otherwise both sessions count toward your monthly total.
9
Your membership renews monthly on the same date. To cancel, let a coach know and they'll help you.
Getting Started

Your First Session

🧺 Towel 💧 Water bottle 💪 Good attitude
Your first month (or first 6 sessions) is an onboarding phase. You'll repeat the same program every session.
This builds predictability and confidence before we change anything.
The exercises are intentionally low-barrier and scalable from easy to hard. They're used to help the coach assess your movement patterns, identify deficiencies and imbalances, and collect data before locking in your long-term program.
Within your first month, you'll also complete an IMOC Performance & Readiness Assessment — this becomes your baseline for quarterly assessments going forward.
Assessment

IMOC Performance & Readiness Assessment

Your baseline. Your benchmark. Your proof.

This is a full physical assessment that measures where you are today across strength, endurance, body composition, mobility, pain levels, and confidence. It becomes your baseline — every quarter, you re-test. Your coach compares the results to track exactly what changed and what to focus on next.

This isn't a one-time thing. It's the core of how IMOC operates. Every program decision, every progression, every result you see on the leaderboard — it all comes from this assessment.

First Assessment
Within your first month. This is your starting point — everything is measured from here.
Reassessments
Every quarter — every 3 months. Your coach tracks what changed and adjusts your program.
What It Measures
Strength, endurance, body composition, mobility, pain levels, and confidence.
Your Results
Private. Used only to build and refine your program.
Every program decision, every progression, every result you see — it all starts here.

Progression

How You'll Progress — The WES Scale

WES stands for Weight Bearing, Eccentric Contraction, and Skill. It's how IMOC keeps you safe, builds real durability, and earns the right to layer on intensity over time.

W Weight Bearing

Building load tolerance through foundational, joint-friendly positions. We train your body to handle weight safely before anything else.

E Eccentric Contraction

Controlling the lowering phase of every movement. This is where most injuries happen — and where most strength is built. Eccentric training builds durability.

S Skill

Once weight bearing and eccentric strength are solid, exercises evolve into complex, skill-based movements that demand coordination and precision.

Your WES Tier
White
Weight Bearing — Foundation

You're mastering the basics — joint-friendly positions, foundational movement, and building the load tolerance your body needs. Most people rush past this. We don't let you.

Blue
Eccentric Control — Development

You've built a base, and now you're developing eccentric strength and increasing load. You're controlling the hard parts of every rep — this is where durability comes from.

Black
Skill-Level Movement — Performance

You're operating at the skill tier — complex, high-demand movements under real performance conditions. This level is earned through data, not assumption.
